Great question! Yes of course you can. Though it’s useful to note, that the annual cost of a full-time senior-level graphic designer in Australia is in the order of $90,0000 -$120,000 p.a. On average, most requests are completed in 1-3 business days depending on the complexity of the request. A core tenet of StreamLnr is to iterate fast, so we move fast to get the first draft/completed design done, to then get feedback and final refinements.
To request a design, our clients (typically in corporate environments) send requests via Email and Slack.Â
To manage and log requests, our team uses Notion as it offers a robust task management tool that allows all our clients to view a dashboard of their requests and understand progress on each.Â
To deliver designs, our clients have requested work in numerous ways, most commonly email attachments or google drive links/folders. We will cater to your preference on delivery.
We handle feedback primarily through Email & Notion. We find that every client works differently, and we avoid introducing too many tools reducing friction where possible.Â
Email is the primary method where managers & directors communicate with us and provide feedback. We then send completed designs via email, and upload to a folder repository that we set up for each client.Â
Notion is our group communication tool, allowing multiple client users to be in ongoing cadence with our designers, particularly for designs involving multiple iterations and revisions.
We work in 30 day cycles. Your 30 days begins when we receive the first design request and commence work, not right when you pay. You can pause your plan at any time.
We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up the entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on a 30 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 20 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
Most requests are designed using Adobe Creative suite (InDesign & Illustrator) & Figma.Â
When needed and particularly for corporate documents, we import design elements into Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Word) and Google (Slides & Doc).
StreamLnr does not cover the following design work: 3D modelling, Â complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).
Totally fine! You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
