Who we are and how to contact us
Streamlnr is operated by Flowmaka Labs Pty Ltd (ABN 71 688 806 751). We provide website, brand, search and digital marketing services to businesses in Australia. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Flowmaka Labs Pty Ltd, operating as Streamlnr. This policy explains how we handle personal information through this website, enquiries, business relationships, advertising and research.
Personal information is information or an opinion about an identified person, or a person who can reasonably be identified. Business contact details and information about a sole trader can be personal information too.
Our business contact address is Suite 1208/530 Little Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000.
For privacy questions, access or correction requests, complaints or questions about our website terms, use our privacy and website terms enquiry form. You can also email info@streamlnr.com with “Privacy” or “Website terms” in the subject line. Both routes reach our team; you do not have to use the form. Please describe your request without including identity documents or sensitive information; we can arrange an appropriate way to verify identity or receive further details if needed. You can ask us for a copy of this policy in another accessible format.
Information we collect and where it comes from
Depending on your interaction with us, we may handle:
- Your name, work email, optional phone number, business name, role, website and other contact details you choose to share.
- Your enquiry, project priorities, correspondence, meeting notes and information needed to discuss or deliver agreed work.
- Business and professional information from your website, public business profiles, directories, social platforms, referrals or an authorised person at your business.
- Technical information associated with accessing the site, such as IP address, requested pages, browser or device information and the time of a request, handled by the hosting provider.
- Advertising interactions and audience information available through Google or Meta, as described below.
We collect information directly through our enquiry forms, when you send us an email or otherwise contact us, and indirectly when we research a business or receive a referral. Publicly available information can still be personal information; its publication does not give unrestricted permission for marketing or AI use.
Please provide only what is relevant to your enquiry. Do not send passwords, identity documents, health information, customer records, loan applications or other sensitive or confidential material through the website enquiry process. If a project needs such information, discuss an appropriate process and authority with us first.
What happens when you use this website
Our website enquiry and separate privacy and website terms forms are hosted by Tally. The website consult form has two steps: choose a focus, then provide contact details and a project message. Choosing a focus opens the contact step automatically. Back lets you review or change your focus before sending your request. The website enquiry form loads when you choose an enquiry action; it is not loaded merely by browsing a page. You can also follow the direct link to the hosted form. Opening either form connects your browser to Tally, which processes the information needed to display and operate it, including technical connection and usage information under its own practices.
Selecting “Get my free consult” sends your completed website enquiry to Tally for Streamlnr. A submission record is stored in Tally and routed to our Slack workspace so our team can respond. We use your email and optional phone number to reply. Selecting “Ads & attribution” records your enquiry interest and gives no consent to advertising tracking, contact-list uploads or marketing calls. We may also handle relevant contact details, enquiry information and follow-up correspondence in Gmail, Slack and the research and communication workflows described in this policy.
Use the website enquiry form to discuss a project, or the privacy and website terms enquiry form for policy questions and requests. Please share only the details needed for that purpose. Our privacy contact section gives an email alternative if you prefer not to use Tally. See Tally’s privacy notice and its form-data information for its processing practices.
Streamlnr does not currently install Google Analytics, a Google advertising tag, Meta Pixel or other advertising tracking code on this website, or send website enquiry events through a conversions API. A Tally form is a third-party service with its own technical processing; opening it is separate from simply browsing this site. Google, Meta, ChatGPT and Claude marks on the site identify platforms relevant to our services; displaying a mark does not connect your visit to those services.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes requests to deliver and protect the site and may process technical connection data. This is separate from advertising tracking. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
Why we use personal information
We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, assess project fit, understand a business and its audience, prepare proposals, tailor discussions and services, deliver agreed work, manage our business relationships and meet legal obligations. We may also use it for relevant marketing where the applicable requirements are met.
You can browse without providing enquiry details and can contact us using only the information you are comfortable sharing. Without enough information, we may be unable to respond, assess a project or provide a particular service. We do not require personal information by law merely to browse this site or make an initial enquiry.
This policy explains our practices. Agreeing to our privacy policy when continuing an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, permit advertising tracking or contact-list uploads, or authorise paid work. Where consent or another legal basis is required for a use or disclosure, that requirement must be met separately.
Google, Meta and advertising choices
We use Google and Meta advertising and targeting to promote Streamlnr. Ads may be delivered on Google services, Facebook, Instagram and other placements those platforms provide. The platform may use information it holds about you, your activity and the ad audience settings to select and measure ads. When you interact with an ad or contact us through a platform, the platform may provide us with information about that interaction.
Running ads on those services is different from installing tracking on this website. As at the date above, this site does not use a pixel or advertising tag to build a visitor remarketing audience, match your enquiry details to an advertising account, or transmit form contents to Google or Meta advertising systems.
Customer-list matching, website remarketing, enhanced conversions and server-side conversion tracking involve additional personal information handling. Before introducing any of these through this site, we need to confirm the data flows, authority, provider terms, notices and any required consent or choice mechanism, and update this policy. This policy is not permission to upload a contact list or activate tracking.
You can review advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center and Meta ad preferences, and use your browser’s cookie controls. Settings may depend on your account and may change the personalisation of ads rather than remove all advertising. Contact us if you do not want your personal information used by us for direct marketing or audience targeting.
AI-assisted research and communications
We use tools including ChatGPT, provided by OpenAI, and Claude, provided by Anthropic, to help understand and research businesses we work with and potential customers, and to develop a more relevant experience. This may involve summarising public business information, exploring audience needs or assisting with ideas and written material. We also sometimes use AI-assisted email automations to prepare or send business communications, including enquiry responses and follow-ups.
Research about a business can include information about identifiable people, such as names, roles and public professional profiles. Depending on the workflow, relevant contact details and enquiry, correspondence or research context may be made available to the AI tools and services used to manage that communication. Names, work email addresses, roles and enquiry text can identify a person even when they are contacting us on behalf of a company. Information supplied for a project remains subject to the agreed scope, confidentiality and any required authority. A public source is not a reason to collect unrelated information or infer sensitive traits about someone.
Our approach is to minimise personal information used in AI prompts and to use business-level or de-identified information where practical. Sensitive personal information and confidential client or customer records need a separate assessment and an appropriate agreed handling process before any AI use. Telling us something in an enquiry does not give blanket permission to enter it into an AI tool.
AI-generated research and messages can contain incorrect information or opinions. Some email responses or follow-ups may be sent by automated workflows without individual human review before sending. We remain responsible for how we use these tools and for taking reasonable steps to check personal information used in our work. Use the privacy contact section to request a response from a person, ask for clarification or correct information about you. This website has no public-facing AI chatbot or automated system deciding whether you qualify for a service.
AI providers may process prompts and outputs under the terms and settings of the product used, potentially outside Australia. Retention, access and model-training treatment vary by product and configuration; we do not represent that every use has a particular retention period, excludes model training, or stays in Australia. See OpenAI’s privacy policy and Anthropic’s privacy policy. Contact us before sharing material if you need restrictions on AI use for your project, or if you want to question or correct research relating to you.
When information is shared
Information may be handled by people working with Streamlnr and service providers as needed for the relevant purpose, including website hosting, Tally form collection and storage, Slack enquiry routing, email and business communications, agreed project delivery, advertising and the AI-assisted research and communications described above. Professional advisers or authorities may receive information where needed for advice, a legal obligation or the protection of lawful rights.
Our named website host is Cloudflare, and Tally hosts our forms and stores their submission records. We use Google’s Gmail for email and Slack for internal enquiry coordination and communications; see Google’s privacy policy and Slack’s privacy policy. Google and Meta provide the advertising platforms, while OpenAI and Anthropic provide the AI tools described above. Automation services used to connect these workflows may also process the information needed for that activity. Which provider receives information depends on the activity. A website visit alone does not send your enquiry to those advertising or AI providers.
If a client project requires a new platform, integration or transfer of customer data, the scope and handling arrangements need to be agreed for that project. This policy does not authorise disclosure of a client’s customer database.
Overseas processing
Cloud hosting, Tally, Gmail, Slack, advertising, AI and connected automation providers operate internationally. Information may be stored, accessed or processed outside Australia, including in the United States and other locations used by the relevant provider and its service providers. Cloudflare’s public privacy notice identifies the United States and the European Economic Area as its primary storage regions. Tally is based in Belgium and states that its form data is stored in Europe; that does not mean copies routed to Slack or handled in other services remain in Europe or Australia. Other locations depend on the service, account, settings and support arrangements; provider notices do not establish the location of every record or access event.
You can contact us for available details of the likely overseas recipients and countries for a particular service or proposed project before sharing personal information. We will make those details more specific where practicable as our arrangements change. Where Australian privacy law requires safeguards for an overseas disclosure, those obligations still apply. Reading this policy or sending an enquiry does not waive those protections or amount to consent to waive them.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps appropriate to the information and the work to protect personal information against misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No website, email service or storage system can guarantee complete security. Please contact us promptly if you believe information shared with us has been compromised.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, our business records and any applicable legal requirements or dispute. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or de-identify it, subject to lawful retention requirements. There is no single retention period for every enquiry, project record or provider backup. Form submission records in Tally and copies held in Gmail, Slack, AI or connected automation services are also subject to the relevant account settings and service’s retention arrangements.
Direct marketing and opting out
An enquiry is not an automatic subscription to ongoing marketing. Commercial email or messaging must meet applicable consent, sender identification and unsubscribe requirements. A publicly listed business email address does not, by itself, mean every marketing message is permitted. Using an AI tool or an automation to send a message does not remove these requirements; an enquiry response is not permission for unrelated promotional follow-ups.
You can ask us to stop direct marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe method in a message or the contact options in our privacy contact section. There is no fee to unsubscribe, and we will action requests within five working days. We may still need to send a non-promotional response about an enquiry, active project or legal matter.
You can also ask where we obtained your details for direct marketing. Platform ad preferences and our direct marketing opt-out are separate controls; please use the platform’s settings for information that platform holds independently.
Access, correction and other requests
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, or raise a concern about its use, including AI-assisted research. You can also ask us to delete information or stop a particular use. We will consider the request and any legal or record-keeping requirements; deletion is not an unconditional right in every circumstance.
Use our privacy and website terms enquiry form or the email alternative in the privacy contact section, and briefly describe what you need. Do not include identity documents or sensitive information in the form. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and locate the records. We will explain any refusal or limitation and how you can challenge it. Access, correction and complaint rights under the Privacy Act apply where that Act covers the handling in question; you can still contact us with a request or concern in any case.
Privacy complaints
Please first use our privacy and website terms enquiry form or the email alternative in the privacy contact section, describing the relevant interaction and the outcome you are seeking. Leave out sensitive material; we can agree an appropriate way to obtain any further information needed. We will consider it, seek any information needed to investigate and aim to provide a response within 30 days. If more time is needed, we will let you know.
If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), subject to its jurisdiction and complaint requirements. For unwanted commercial messages, the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) provides reporting options.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices or relevant requirements change and show the revision date above. New collection, tracking or AI uses may require a separate notice, choice or consent before they begin; publishing an updated policy does not replace that step.
For the scope of website information and project agreements, see our terms and conditions.
