About these website terms
This website is operated by Flowmaka Labs Pty Ltd (ABN 71 688 806 751), operating as Streamlnr. Our business contact address is Suite 1208/530 Little Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000. For questions, use our privacy and website terms enquiry form or the email alternative in the privacy contact section. These terms explain the intended use of our website, the status of the information we publish and how an enquiry differs from an agreement for services.
Simply browsing this website does not create a paid services agreement, subscribe you to marketing or provide consent to personal information handling that requires separate consent. Agreeing to our privacy policy when continuing an enquiry does not provide separate marketing or tracking consent or authorise paid work. Any contractual terms we ask you to accept for a project will be provided through the proposal or agreement process.
Website information and results
Our pages, guides and case studies provide general information about our work and approach. They are not a tailored assessment of your business or legal, financial, credit, tax or other regulated professional advice. Consider your circumstances and seek appropriate professional advice before acting on information that requires it.
We aim to keep the site accurate and useful, but information, platform features and search systems can change. Contact us if something appears incorrect or out of date.
Case studies describe particular projects and scopes. Outcomes depend on the business, market, implementation and other factors. They are not a promise of the same outcome for another business. We do not promise a particular search ranking, inclusion in an AI answer, advertising return, number of leads or commercial result. Client and platform names or marks identify the relevant work or technology; they do not imply an endorsement or partnership beyond what is expressly stated.
Enquiries and hosted forms
Our website enquiry form is hosted by Tally and loads when you choose an enquiry action. A direct hosted-form link is also available. The website consult form has two steps: choose a focus, then provide contact details and a project message. Choosing a focus opens the contact step automatically. Back lets you review or change your focus before sending your request. Selecting “Get my free consult” sends your completed website enquiry to Tally for Streamlnr, creates a Tally submission record and routes it to our Slack workspace for follow-up. It does not reserve a booking, start work or create a paid services agreement. We use your email and optional phone number to reply; selecting “Ads & attribution” records an enquiry interest and gives no consent to advertising tracking, contact-list uploads or marketing calls. Our separate privacy and website terms enquiry form is available for policy questions, requests and concerns.
Please provide accurate information you are authorised to share and leave out sensitive information, passwords and confidential customer records. A response or initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss fit; it is not an obligation for either party to enter a project.
“Get your free consult” refers to the initial consultation offered through the enquiry process. It does not authorise chargeable work. Any paid scope and fees must be agreed separately.
Separate project agreements
Deliverables, scope, fees, payment, timing, approvals, revisions, ownership or licensing of project materials, confidentiality, third-party costs, ongoing support and cancellation are addressed in the agreement for the particular project. These website terms do not fill in or replace those arrangements.
If you engage Streamlnr, the accepted proposal and any signed or otherwise expressly agreed project terms govern that work, subject to applicable law. Where those agreed terms differ from general information on this website, the project agreement controls the project.
Nothing on this site authorises us to change your domains, DNS, access permissions, advertising accounts, tracking or external integrations without the authority required for that work.
Website content and intellectual property
Website text, design, imagery, code and other materials are owned by Streamlnr or used with the rights of the relevant owners. Client work, platform marks and third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Display on this site does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to reuse a client’s work or a third party’s brand.
You may view the site, share links and keep a reasonable copy for your internal evaluation of our services, subject to applicable copyright law and third-party rights. For other reuse, ask us for permission. This does not restrict any use allowed by law.
Ownership and reuse rights for materials created in a client engagement are determined by that project’s agreement, rather than by these website terms.
Responsible website use
Please use the website lawfully and respect the rights and privacy of others. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, impersonate another person, or use the enquiry process for unlawful, abusive or deceptive material.
If an issue affects access or security, we may take reasonable steps to protect the site and its users. This does not remove any rights or remedies you have under applicable law.
External services and availability
External links are provided for context or convenience. Third-party websites, Tally forms, email apps, search engines, AI products and advertising platforms have their own terms, privacy practices and availability, which we do not control. A link is not a guarantee of their content or performance.
We may update or maintain this website, and access may occasionally be interrupted. Changes to the website do not by themselves vary an existing project agreement.
Our privacy policy explains current website behaviour, Google and Meta advertising, AI-assisted research and email communications, and your privacy choices. These terms do not replace a privacy notice or obtain consent on your behalf.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Where applicable, services must be provided with due care and skill, be fit for an agreed purpose and be supplied within a reasonable time if no time is agreed.
Statements about general website information, variable outcomes or third-party services do not override those rights or excuse a misleading statement. Responsibility for a loss or claim is determined under applicable law and any valid agreement; these terms do not impose a blanket release, indemnity or waiver of your rights.
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission explains consumer rights and guarantees.
Questions, concerns and changes
Use our privacy and website terms enquiry form or the email alternative in the privacy contact section if you have a question about the site, wish to report an issue or want to raise a concern. We will seek to understand and resolve it. This does not prevent you from contacting a regulator or exercising a legal right.
We may revise these website terms and will show the current revision date above. Revisions describe the site from that date and do not retrospectively change an agreed project, remove an accrued right or create a contract merely because you return to the site.
